Which statement is correct about the differences between theories and laws? Unlike theories, laws are based on observations obtained through experimentation. While both laws and theories are developed on the basis of experimentation, theories are not explanations. Unlike theories, laws cannot be changed or replaced because they are statements of fact. While both laws and theories are statements, theories are not widely accepted.
