A) is Ep= mgh so since you already have mg which is 500N and h which is 10m multiply them and your answer will be 5000J potential energy.

b) do the same thing as a except use 5m instead of 10m which gives you 2500N

c) the potential energy is transferred to kinetic since he’s at bottom of hill of mechanical energy. so kinetic energy would be 5000J since that’s the mechanical energy since at top of hill there’s 0 kinetic, making all the potential the same as the mechanical
