Two cars are moving into the same direction, with velocities v01=20 m/s and v02 =10 m/s respectively. When the distance between the cars becomes 100 m, they start decelerating with accelerations of 1 m/s^2 and 3 m/s^2 respectively. Investigate if there is a collision. If YES, after how many seconds will the cars collide? If NO, what is the distance between them after they both have stopped?
