Someone help me. How do you get rid of acne. I tried everything. Nothing works I only have red spots

have you tried sticky spots so they have these little sticker patches you can put on and it takes all the yucky stuff out then use sensitive face wash and also get hydrating face cream it should help reduce alot of the spots you might have a few scars sorry thats the best i can answer
