Inverse variation has the form of y=k/x. So you have the form of: 

V = k/P, plug in values of V and P to find k: 

200 = k/32 

k = 6400 

So, your formula is V = 6400/P 

V = 6400/20 

V = 320 

Ithink it is letter b, i may be wrong but i think that is the answer
