It has kinetic energy because it has some velocity.

It has potential energy because it is flying at some height.

It has potential energy because it is not onthe ground. the potential energy is found by mass×gravity×height. the arrow has kinetic energy for obviousness easons. it is moving. the kinetic energy is found by 1/2×mass×velocity^2
