As per the question the two teams are playing tug of war.

Team A pulls the rope with a force of 450 N towards right.

Let the force exerted by team A is  F.

Hence F =450 N

Team B pulls the rope with a force of 415 N towards left.

Let the force exerted by team B is denoted by F'

Hence F'=415 N

Here F and F' are anti parallel as they are opposite in direction.Hence the angle between them is 180 degree.

We are asked to calculate the net force.

As per parallelogram law of vector  addition the net force acting on the rope will be-

The direction of net force will be towards right. It is so because when two anti parallel vectors are added,the resultant of net force will be difference in their magnitude and its direction will be along the direction of bigger vector.
