You need work out the details of your ideal power grid for California. You need to decide how you think an ideal power grid should be made for California. You then need decide what percentage of different
types of power will be used (i. e. 20% nuclear, 40% coal, 15% natural gas, 15% hydroelectric, 10% wind).
You need to outline where in the state that the different types of power generation will be installed, and
you need to clearly state your justification for each choice you make (have a good reason why you make
the choices you make).
