Two long straight parallel wires are 3 cm apart, as shown in the Figure below. They carry current l1 = 3 A and 12 = 5 A in opposite directions. Draw a vector diagram and find the net magnetic field at point P. Give the answer in the format B = B_î + B, j. Hint: The direction of the magnetic field produced by a current is always perpendicular to the radial line from the current, i. e. directed along a tangent to an arc whose center is at the wire.
