((THIS IS WORTH 50 POINTS)) For this activity, you will have the opportunity to engage in some exciting fitness activities with a partner and showcase your physical abilities!

However, rather than videotaping yourself doing these activities, you will perform each one and then write a short reflection (five to eight sentences) on each activity.

Each short reflection should include the following:

Brief description of the activity you performed

Briefly identify the role of each person involved in the activity, including yourself

Feedback that you would give your partner to improve their movement/the activity

Identify which body parts and/or muscles were used to perform the activity

Overall, describe whether you enjoyed this activity or not and why

The activities that you will be performing and reflecting on are as follows:

- Strike a ball to a wall, or a partner, with a paddle/racquet using forehand and backhand

strokes continuously

- Design and refine a jump rope routine to music

Hand and foot dribble while preventing an opponent from stealing the ball (think like

soccer)

- Keep an object in the air without catching it in a small group such as volleyball and

football (volley a ball back and forth or throw a football back and forth)

Throw and catch a ball consistently while guarded by an opponent (throw a ball in the

air and catch it without letting your partner steal it)

- Volley an object repeatedly with a partner, using the forearm pass (volleyball)

Perform folk and line dances (you may want to look up some videos on folk or line

dancing and choose a video that will help you learn how to try out a folk or line dance)

Design and perform smooth, flowing sequences of stunts, tumbling, and rhythmic

patterns that combine traveling, rolling, balancing, and transferring weight (think

gymnastics or tumbling)

You can write your reflection in a word processing program like Microsoft Word or create a slide show presentation in something like PowerPoint. If you would like to include photos of yourself performing these activities, that would be an added bonus!

You will be graded on your ability to attempt all of the activities and your thoughtful reflections of each. For more details of how you will be graded, please refer to the rubric below.

So, go grab a friend or family member, a ball, a jump rope, some music, and get busy being active and having fun!

If you do not have a volleyball or any of the specified sporting equipment, simply substitute whatever you have available and modify as needed—be sure to note any modifications that you need to make.

In a steady-flow steam power plant system, two adiabatic high-pressure and low-pressure turbines ane used to generate power. superheated steam enters the high-pressure turbine at 8 mpa and 550°c. the steam expands in the high-pressure turbine to a saturated vapor at 3 mpa. in order to increase the powe generation of the power plant, another steam turbine working in a lower pressure ranges is deployed. the outlet vapor from the first turbine is heated up at a boiler to the temperature of 500 c at the constant pressure of first turbine's outlet (3 mpa). then, the vapor enters the second turbine and produces extra work. the exit conditions of the second turbine are 5o kpa and 90 percent quality. if the total power output of the power plant is 25 mw, determine a) the mass flow rate of the water (kg/s). b) heat transfer rate in the boiler (mw).
