12. A 'spin dryer is a rapdily spinning drum with wet clothes inside. One spin dryer is drying 25 kg of wet clothes by spinning them at 1200 revolutions per minute. How would the force exerted by
the drum on the clothes change, under the following conditions:
caloger
a. The drum now spins at 1400 revolutions per minute (but everything else stays the same).
(1 mark)
b. The mass of clothes is now 30 kg instead of 25 kg (but everything else stays the same).
(1 mark)
c. A smaller diameter drum is used (but keeping 25 kg of clothes and 1200 revolutions per
minute spin rate)
