We have to find the number of coils in primary winding. It can be calculated suing turn ratio equation as :

$\dfrac{V_1}{V_2}=\dfrac{N_1}{N_2}$

$N_1=(\dfrac{V_1}{V_2})\times N_2$

$N_1=(\dfrac{350000}{17500})\times 600$

N_1=12000
