Electrons are attracted to protons, and protons work on a system of charge transfer. In the hydrogen atom the single electron is attracted to the single proton. While 4 is true, it is not the explanation.

Choice 5 is not true. Electrons do not move at the speed of light. Heaven help us if they did.
