The statement could be letter B: being in conflict with people isn't much of a problem. It does not also mean that you need to argue with people or make mistakes or look for other people’s mistakes all the time. A conflict  means a disagreement of both parties and it is okay AS LONG AS it is a healthy one. Conflict makes people grow, it challenges them to give their opinions, to be true to their selves and to defend their stand and exercises their open-mindedness.
