Without the greenhouse effect the Earth would be colder than it is today. It is letter C. Greenhouse effect is a social/environmental/global problem where the gases from CFCs, carbons, etc accumulated to the earth’s stratosphere causing pollution and trapped heat.  Green house is one of the ways people could avoid greenhouse effect. In making your house green, that is making it plant-friendly, you will be breathing more oxygen, less carbon dioxide. Thus if there is no greenhouse effect, there is colder atmosphere since the heat is not trapped on the Earth’s atmosphere.
