Now the difference between a normal fault and a reverse fault is in a normal fault the hanging wall moves downwards and in a reverse fault the hanging wall moves upwards. 

So considering the two faults and their characteristics, the answer would be b. reverse fault.

Distance^2= yellow line ^2 (see picture) = 30^2 + 49^2so distance = squareroot of (300^2 +49^2)i dont know if this is how to solve it, but i cnt think of another way
