You feel sickness when you witness someone close betrays
all that trust that you once built up and you watch it crumble away you replay every word all the lies that you were fed
how they pushed you and they pulled you and they messed around with your head see all that love you felt was real
so you're wondering what went wrong
and you start to question what's real love and what's been a lie all along 2nd guessin what you've been told when you feel lost and alone cause that person that you would run to just ain't that person no more
a real friend wouldn't hurt ya a true friend won't desert ya
and if it's meant to be they can disagree but in the end they still your person a true friend could never lie
stay standing up for you cause in the end
