anyways, I shall try to answer this question in my own interpretation:)))

so if George wants to earn extra money for his own business from scratch, borrowing money from a trusted bank, parents, relatives or friends would be a good choice. try not to do so in dark societies as they might pull George in the dark and ask him to do dirty things in order to get the required sum of money
