Read the following paragraph and answer the question below. Recently, in a large american city, a man was convicted of manslaughter because he ran a red light, hit another car, and killed the driver. The judge sentenced him to five years' probation and ordered him to pay during each of those years into a trust fund for the dead man's child. Since the convicted man has two small children, the payments will be a strain. If he had been sent to prison, however, his family would suffer more because he would have no salary. The victim's family would not have benefited, either. Select the shape of the paragraph.
