Poland, however, is not part of this system. Poland is a reminiscent country of the Soviet Union, which was a communist empire that collapsed at the end of the 20th century. Poland and other countries that make up the Soviet Union are low-income countries in Europe that are still recovering from the collapse of the USSR.
