How are people's views taken into account in socialism?

Well, it depends on which type of socialism you're talking about. I will tell you about the ones that I know. Socialism in Venezuela, Cuba, Bolivia, Brasil, Ecuador and Nicaragua. Are the views of the common people taken into account in the socialist regines? The short answer is: of course not! The only opinions and ideas that gets taken into account are the ones that coincide with the socialist party. You have to remember that socialism is based on the ideals of the failed and the mediocre and they need to remain in power for as much as they can no matter at what cost. Let me refrain my answer. The people's views are taking into account...as long as the views are on bended knee to the regime. Sorry for the rant, I hope this helps you.

people who belong in upper class society would most likely get there by obtaining multiple source of income, which a certain percentage of ownership for businesses. since most of them are job creator, they would most likely get their money from profit, not wages.
