How do you typically respond to criticism? is this response effective? why or why not?

I respond positively to a criticism.

First I listen to all what the critics is talking about and try to make sure I have to fix or settle what might be the bother.

The response is effective because it makes them have sense of contentment to make sure the problem is being solved.

From the learnt experience I will be able to gain and grow.
