If the bill of rights was removed from the constitution, would you feel secure that the "we the people" preamble protects your rights?

The “We the People” preamble of the Constitution is the introduction to the following articles and amendments. For itself, it doesn’t confer or delineate powers of government or rights of citizens. It has not substantive provisions by itself and not any of its parts can be read to contradict, expand or contract the following substantive terms.
