Who was the dictator of germany during the world war one

Benito Amilcare Andrea Mussolini was the Italian dictator during the first world war.

Italy belonged to the triple-alliance with Germany and Austria-Hungary since 1882 and should have declared war on the triple-entente according to their pact, but used a clause to remain neutral. Instead they made a treaty in London 1915 to get some territories with Italian-speaking population.
