This situation is caused by several factors involved in the development of a country, since getting a clear political and economical situation after obtaining the independence it is not easy. On the contrary, it requires to have stablished regulations that allow people to create their own structural thinking and sense of belonging. However, when that process of regulating laws and auto-regulation has certain flaws, it is really difficult to grow or succeed in several fields without getting help from others; specially when there are issues related to the economical progress or growth the country is going through.
