People with the antagonism trait are individuals who exhibit an exaggerated sense of self-importance, and strong antipathy for others feelings and needs, including a strong tendency to the manipulation of others for their own selfish purposes.

Grandiosity, deceit and manipulation are treats commonly associated with a narcissistic personality disorder.

They may often talk about fantasies of their beauty, intelligence either to likeminded people they may be drawn to or potential admirers.
