As a matter of fact, the world has become more diverse and we have a variety of cultural groups, languages, and beliefs. Establishing relationships with people from a different culture, appreciating the differences and seeking to understand them are ways to succeed when building a greater community that is both healthy and powerful. When you connect with different cultures you expand your own. The expansion of different cultural groups is utterly important since every culture owns unique strenghts and outlooks that other cultural groups can benefit from. The sharing of values and principles among different cultural groups help us prevent racial and ethnic prejudices and has great impact on the community as a whole.
