Write one sentence that states what the ninth amendment is and one more sentence that answers why the ninth amendment is important

The 9th Amendment states that: "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."

It is, in effect, that even there are rights other than just the ones listed in the Bill of Rights and they can't be violated either.

i heard they are taking it off i hope this isn't true but otherwise if it doesn't get taken off it will probably be in early december or early january of 2018-2019
