The decisions of the US tax court are appealed to the Federal Court of appeals.

Explanation  

As the US supreme court examines less than 2% of cases filed annually, the decision of the US court of appeals becomes the final judgement.  

The US court of appeals hears appeals and judges the appeals from district courts under the judicial domain.

There are 13 US court of appeals. After the Judge’s decision, one can appeal if the case is a regular one to one of the courts of appeals.
