Obsessive-compulsive personality disorder is a a mental health condition in which the person is extremely perfectionist, in need of order and control over the people around him.

It is different from obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). While in OCD the person has thoughts out of his control but that she would like to avoid, those who have obsessive-compulsive personality disorder do not realize that their thinking pattern is problematic. The person believes that his perfectionism and need for control are right thoughts, and that all people are acting in the wrong way.

Based on this, we can conclude that a person diagnosed with Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder would get high scores on a scale that measures perfectionism.
