The voir dire (“to speak the truth”) process is the process whereby individuals are selected for jury to hear specific cases. Lawyers for each party and the judge can ask jurors questions to determine if they would be biased in their decisions. Biased jurors can be dismissed and selected ones would be impaneled. The types of jurors my lawyer  would seek to have on the jury are the ones that are not biased.
