The Declaration of Independence was a document that was made by the citizens of to-be United States on declaring their independence from Great Britain, as well as listing the grievance or reason for independence.

The US Constitution puts together the framework of the federal government as well as state key points from the Declaration of Independence. It also includes the Bill of Rights.

The Bill of Rights states the key rights given to the citizens of the US, and that these rights cannot be infringed upon.
