a) It would help the poor by stopping the Roman estates from taking advantage of their workers.  If the Roman estates get too large, one owner would take on too much control.  In large estates, the poor worker are monopolized out and lost in the system.

b) Caesar's popularity threatened his rival the most because it meant that the people would stand by him.  If the people hated Caesar his rivals could stage a revolution, but if they loved him it would be much harder.  Casear's popularity is what gave him so much power because the people trusted him.

c) Caesar's final words to Brutus wre "y tu brutus?"  This means and you brutus in English.  Caesar was suprised when Brutus took part in his assassination because Brutus was a friend of Caesar and Caesar had trusted him.  Caesar was betrayed by Brutus in the end.

d) Caesar's rivals felt they had to kill him because he had too much power.  In the Roman empire, there were many highly placed officials who wished to take on the role as leader.  The more popular caesars usually had the most power, which Julius Casesar did.  This was threatening to his rivals because he had access to the Roman army and could do as he pleased.

e). A factor the contributed to the fall of the roman republic were the murder of caesar which left the republic unstabe.  Another is the sze of the republic which was hard to manage under a single rule.  The biggest factor that contributed to the fall of the Roman empire is that it was the enemy of many surrounding empires and rulings which made it a big target to enemies.
