Globalization is in general a process which all the world has suffered, it might been seen as a phenomenon where all the different nations get as connected as possible between each other, so that process changes the way of economic, cultural, political etc. interactions occurs. for example today is possible to text any person around the globe when ten or more years ago was not possible.

The second part of your question is maybe the more important effect of the globalization in human relationships, and it is related to the fact that nowadays is simplier for a nation to be able to sell the products which its population is producing, thats the reason why the today´s economy is based on the commercial agreetments between govertments. another example of that effect is how simple is today for a costumer to get ussing an application any product from any part of the world (the globalization allows to producers to increase their sales for having global market to offer their products)
