1.Physical controls refers to the equipments, buildings and tangible products. The business need to maintain their equipment, buildings and product because those are the controls that keep the business running.

2.Human Resources control - maintains the employees which involves doing over personality test and drug testing during interviews, evaluating employees performance after they have been hired to ensure that individual in the business are performing to the required standards, HR also conduct surveys which checks how satisfied or not satisfied employees are in order to establish a conducive environment for the employees.

3.Informational refers to all records of how the business is doing, examining competitors , production schedules and environmental impact information.

4.Financial control delays with how are the finances managed within the business such as paying their debt effectively , how much they have , when to pay the debts and how much they need to market the business.

5. Structural control is a decentralised control , the power the organization has within the country , official working rights of the business

6. Cultural are set of norms carried as values which the business has that makes up the culture of the business which determines how they run the business.
