Charisma is an innate ability of some human beings to be able to charm, persuade, fascinate or seduce another individual through their way of being and acting. These characteristics are part of the characteristics that need to be found in a leader. For this reason, charisma is commonly related to leadership.

Charismatics have a vision, and as such are willing to take and take risks with that vision, charismatic leaders are sensitive to both the environmental limitations and the needs of their followers and demonstrate behaviors different from ordinary ones.

In my opinion, the best leaders are those who are charismatic within a certain limit. It is understandable to expect charisma from a political or religious leadership after all these cases may involve mobilizing a significant number of followers often distant from the leader but who need to feel close (or more specifically identified) with the one they represent (or should represent) the greater good or the supreme good.  However, in the case of corporate leaders, social organizations, innovative enterprises, among others, identification occurs in other ways and charisma will only become relevant when faced with a crisis situation, when there is skepticism about In the future, we really seem to be looking for something magical that can reverse the situation.

the disproportionate poverty faced by women and girls comes as a result of discrimination and exclusion within bangladeshi society, struggling to establish their rights and influence in decision-making processes. traditional practices such as dowries, child marriages and the relegation of being last to eat have created a demeaning and dangerous sociopolitical context for girls and women.
