Our CNS is made up of our brain and spinal cord and our immune system are made up of organs and cells that protect the body from infections. Both systems produce the chemical in the form of neurotransmitter that interacts with each other. In CNS these chemicals are in the form of neurotransmitters and in the immune system, they work as protein cytokine and many more other proteins with CNS.

the reason the welfare system causes so much of a burden on its recipients is because the welfare system does not give its recipients any real tools to actually get out of poverty. the welfare system has embedded poverty deeper into society and has made it harder and harder for people to escape poverty.

in other words, it stoped the poor, and now its making it worse.
