Explanation:

Cultural competence is defined as the characteristic through which an individual persist to understand , interact and exchange message and thoughts through communication effectively to other person with different culture.  This decrease the barrier of cultural difference and induces positivity towards each others culture.

The factors that are overcomed during cultural competence are religion, values, race ,ethics,language, caste etc.It welcomes diverse beliefs, values culture ,customs,religion for knowledge and skill and a person can persist positive attitude towards it.
