Some of the problems highlighted included failure to complete complaints from people resulting in the lack of investigation without proper filing.

In addition, police used excessive force on people as in the case of Rodney King who was severely beaten by the police during his arrest and also they also, failed to adhere to guidelines and policies regarding the police force.
