Stress is how our body respond in order to adjust to what seems to be our of the ordinary. These responses occurs mentally , physcally and emotionally. It is part of everyday life it can be caused by our environment or particular situations that are our of the norm. Even positive changes can cause some level of stress such as getting a promotion. Our body react to stress by either flight or fight responses. Our body will fight to get rid of what ever is stressing us or choose not to engage in that matter.

Either way it is good to deal with stress appropriately because it can cause serious health issue such as depressions and anxiety.
