Explain how Government gets the laws and rules to be followed ( obeyed) by the people.

The government imposes fines on people who do not follow the rules which have been made by them. They can also put the following person to jail if the rule which he/she didn't follow could cause serious issues. If the laws the government has made is causing any problem or trouble to the people, the people can protest and get that law or rule banned. These things are followed in a democratic country, eg: India
