In the past, people could only follow current news in the newspapers, buy books, magazines, go to museums, cinemas, theaters were people who lived in urban centers. Communication was only by letter. Buying was only in person. Learning was very expensive, only those who had money could. But everything has changed and so has our way of living.

Time passed and with the internet age, it came together with digital inclusion.
