I am preparing for Basic Level Examination (BLE). I need these answers:

2) List out the infrastructures of development.
3) Describe the importance of skilled manpower in short.
4) Describe the role of manpower in development and write the measures for production of skilled manpower.

1. The federal government runs all the states joint, based on common federal law, while the state, or provincial government, functions under local state-wide laws.
2. The federal government is run by the President, while the state government is led by the Governor.
3. The federal government has control over the entire US and state government has control over each individual state.
4. The federal laws that are made by the federal government, are applied, while the state government is where state-wide laws made.

2. Transportation
Transportation systems such as rail networks.
Energy
The production and delivery of energy such as distributed solar panels with battery backup.
Water
Infrastructure for securing water resources. This includes water resource management, treatment and flood prevention.
Green Infrastructure
Green infrastructure such as systems for reuse and recycling that prevent harmful waste from entering the environment.
Digital Infrastructure
Communication networks and computing facilities.
Social Infrastructure
Social infrastructure such as schools, hospitals, emergency services, community support, public space, libraries and cultural institutions.
Government Services
A government that provides a fair and efficient environment for business and the pursuit of happiness. For example, consumer protection and fair competition regulations and enforcement.
Resilience
Foundations that improve a community's resilience to stresses such as a tsunami shelter or roof top gardens that provide a local source of food.

3. Some of the importance of skilled manpower are as follows:
It carries out the development work properly by utilizing the available means and resources in an effective way to fulfill the needs of the country. It helps for sustainable use of means and resources while carrying out the development and constructive works.

The fourth answer I’m not sure and don’t have. I hope I could at least help with the first 3.
