Claim: In today's world, the number of people being addicted to drugs is increasing day by day as more and more drugs are being available for usage. Studies have shown that most people start using drug as a result of some depression or anxiety. Other, who might have indulged in using them want due to other reasons cannot find a way out of it. Hence, it is important to help these people out and plan more and more rehabilitation programmes for them. As a society, every person should be granted a second chance.
