Every client starts with participation in data collection reduction. The customer has their goals and strategies.  

The DRS has four points that to be in consideration:

DRS customer is very loyal and increases their loyalty past three decades and they maintain trust and the strength. Thus our senses are to be considered as data reduction system.

Data reduction refers to the process whereby information is modified to a more simpler form.

These information may be obtained empirically or experimentally and they are modified into a corrected, ordered, and simplified form.

This is similar to the way our senses works, analyse, filter, until only the most important remain, thereby they are referred to as data reduction system.
