Explanation: The Minimalist theory simply explains living based on the possession of the most basic or essential needs of an individual. Owning or being in possession of less material items or property, living with only the most essential and valuing more of experience. Living with what one actually needs without worrying about what one doesn't posses. Taking life simple and living as freely as possible without having to worry about amassing wealth or worldly inheritance.
