Jayne has been diagnosed with depression. her therapist suggested that she get out and interact with her friends more, and that she not allow herself to worry about whether her friends want to be around her. Jayne's therapist is using what type of approach to treat her depression

The first explanation is that the therapist suggested to Jaine to enjoing with her friends much more. It is good because your brain is busy and dont let to think about herself.

In other hand the experience to have many friends aroud her so close follow to be in family which prodcuce a good felling  in Jayne.

For these reasons for me the terapy is conductual cognitive.
