Jimmy Conway is seated with his defense attorneys in the courtroom. The District Attorney questions many witnesses about Jimmy’s involvement in the truck hijackings and thefts. One of the prosecution’s witnesses is Henry Hill, who testifies that Jimmy was the ringleader, and that he planned all of the criminal activity. The defense also questions Hill, and tries to convince the jury that he has taken a plea deal, and that he is lying about Jimmy to avoid going to prison. After all of the arguments, the jury goes into a room where they discuss the case in private. After a few hours, they return to the courtroom and the judge reads their decision, which is to convict Jimmy Conway on all counts of hijacking a vehicle and theft of over $10,000.
