Why was Egypt not considered to be a true Republic?

This is the United Arab Republic, a union between Egypt and Syria that lasted from 22 February 1958 until 28 September 1961 when a coup d'etat happened in Syria. Egypt kept calling itself the United Arab Republic until 1971, nobody has ever referred it as United Arabic Republic since.

are there actual statements because if not my answer would be: that using the five senses the author can create a sense of worth in an object to appeal to the reader and create meaning.
