Zimbardo' s prison experiment was a simulation based experimental research done by Zimbardo and his students to study the effect of prison's life on the psychology of the prisoner. The students simulated the prisoners. The experiment come up with a conclusion that the simulated-prison situation, rather than personality traits, affected the participants' behavior.

Being IRB member i would like to suggest the full board review of the prisoner to check the social behavior or mental make up of prisoner living in prison, and biomedical make up of the prisoner.
